This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.
Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. You will need your child's Birth Certificate number to complete their registration.

REGISTRATION: Registration is open until March 22, 2024. Late registrations may be placed on a waitlist up until April 15th. If there is space available in the division, players will be moved off the waitlist and onto the team on a first come first, served basis. If there is not space for the player, a full refund will be issued on April 16, 2024. No registrations accepted after April 15, 2024.
Partial or full refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis up to April 15, 2024, in the event there are scheduling conflicts. Contact sorrentominorball@gmail.com for more information.
There will be no refunds once the season begins on April 15, 2024.
Registration includes 8x10 team and individual pictures, custom jerseys, hats, medals, opening ceremonies and year end wind up. Players may be evaluated and placed by skill level to accommodate team formation.

PAYMENT: Payments must be included with your online registration. If required, financial support is available through KidSport, Jumpstart, or Athletics 4 Kids (see our website for links). Please contact sorrentominorball@gmail.com for a registration code if you are pursuing financial support. You are still required to register your player by March 22nd and player participation will be contingent on confirmation of financial support.
